Every SolveWise subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You get full access to every feature from day one — no limited preview or restricted mode. This page explains what the trial includes, what happens when it ends, and how to cancel if you decide SolveWise isn’t the right fit.

What the trial includes

The free trial gives you complete access to:
  • Unlimited homework submissions for all students on your account
  • Step-by-step tutoring with full walkthroughs
  • Mastery quizzes
  • Parent dashboard with real-time analytics
  • Practice mode
  • Interactive Desmos and GeoGebra 3D graphs
There is no difference between the trial experience and a paid subscription.

When you’ll be charged

You will not be charged until your 7-day trial ends. At the end of the trial period, your subscription automatically activates and your card is billed for the first month. You’ll receive an email reminder before the charge.

How to cancel during the trial

You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard — no phone call, no questions asked. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
1

Sign in to your parent account

Go to solvewise.org and sign in with your parent email and password.
2

Open Account Settings

Click your name or account icon in the top right, then select Account Settings.
3

Click Cancel Subscription

Under Subscription, click Cancel Subscription. Confirm the cancellation. Your account remains active until the end of the trial period.

After the trial ends

If you keep your subscription active after the trial, you continue with full access and are billed monthly. You can still cancel at any time from Account Settings.
Cancelling after the trial ends stops future billing but does not refund the current month. If you cancel mid-month, your access continues until the end of the billing period.
